Justice Baker was a great public servant and represented Barren County as State Representative, State Senator, and Supreme Court Justice. He most recently was recognized posthumously by the Glasgow-Barren County Chamber of Commerce for his efforts in establishing Barren County’s new Veteran’s Wall of Honor.
