The Logan Arts & Film Festival is The Logan Arts and Film Festival (LAFF) is an annual festival held every April at Carrico Square in downtown Russellville. It has a wide varity of crafters, artisans, and musicians, as well as a film festival. There are food vendors and children’s activities.
