ROCKPORT, Ind. — Patti Leah Maddox, 58, of Owensboro, Ky., died Jan. 5, 2011, at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville.
The Evansville native was born April 23, 1952. She was a victim’s advocate for the commonwealth’s attorney and had worked for the United Way in Hendersonville, Tenn. Patti enjoyed participating in community-based theater and also J.K. Production in Owensboro. She was a daughter of James E. Blythe of Las Vegas, who survives, and the late Nila Hamilton Deckert.
Graveside service is at 1:30 p.m. today at Mount Zion Cemetery in Richland. Visitation is from noon to 1 p.m. today at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family.
Other survivors include her children, Paul Maddox of Lexington, Ky., and Mackenzie Maddox of Franklin, Ky.; and two brothers, Jimmy Blythe of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Bart Blythe of Franklin, Ky.
