On Friday December 17 local Bowling Green group, Salvage Town, will be sponsoring a, Toys for Tots, toy drive at Three Brothers Bar. The group will be performing there and is offering a free t-shirt to anyone who brings in a $10 toy to donate. In addition to these donations all band earnings from the evening will also be donated to the charity.

The members of the band feel it is very important for the children in the community to be able to have a good Christmas and wanted to do something to help. They thought this toy drive would be a good way to spread the Christmas spirit.

Anyone interested in donating a toy just needs to come to Three Brothers Bar right off the square in Downtown Bowling Green. The band will be there starting around 8 and will be accepting toys until they start playing at 10.

Salvage Town is a band that plays Red Blue Blues in and around the Bowling Green area. The members are Kyle Beard (lead vocals, guitar), Easton Bryant (lead guitar), Aaron Waters (bass) and Martin Ballou (drums). They have been together for a little over a year.
