Christmas Madness

Back by popular demand, Orchestra Kentucky and Maestro Jeffrey Reed present Christmas Madness, December 17th and 18th.  This concert spans over four decades of popular Christmastime hits from Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Brenda Lee, Andy Williams, The Carpenters, The Eagles, Elvis and others.

Vocalist Susan Norman expressed her thoughts on this holiday event. “Christmas Madness evokes the nostalgic senses of the season. The sounds of Brenda Lee, Elvis, Burl Ives, and Bing Crosby were the backdrop to baking cookies, decorating the tree, and wrapping presents.  As I grew up listening to the radio, the newer tunes of Elton John, Carpenters, and Bruce Springsteen became part of the holiday tradition. This concert represents the musical evolution of Christmas past and present, appealing to both young and old.”
