AUBURN — Rita Taylor, 64, of Auburn, died at 5:22 p.m. Aug. 27, 2010, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.

The Springfield, Tenn., native was born March 22, 1946. She was a daughter of the late Hiarm Moore and John Bessie Bell.

Funeral is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Crossplains, Tenn., with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the church. Franklin Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Wendell Taylor; a daughter, Lisa Taylor of Bowling Green; two sisters, Valeria Moore and Lala Moore, both of Detroit; and a grandchild.
