- Jean Thomason Historic House Award: Robert K. McGinnis Home at 627 East Main Avenue, ca 1887 – Dr. Joseph and Carol Glaser, Owners
- Landmark Building Award: Administrative Building/VanMeter Auditorium, ca 1911 – Western Kentucky University
- General House Award: Sledge Home at 1130 High Street, ca. 1867 – Kevin and Lynn Kirby, Owners
- General House Award: Peter Ackerman House at 615 Chestnut Street, ca 1877 – Dave and Jean Murph, Owners
- Heritage Award: Drs. Jeff and Tammy Willis Adams
- Lamplighter Award: Joey Powell
- Historic Preservation Board Award for Craftsmanship: Taylor Restoration for work on the Volunteer Fire Building at 1019 State Street and the Turpin Building at 914-916 State Street – Perkins Family LLC, Owners
- Historic Preservation Board Award for Residential: Morris Jewelry at 408 East Main Avenue for new windows on upper floors – Michael and Sharon Barron, Owners
- Historic Preservation Board Award for Commercial: BB&T Bank at 443 Park Row for their new building compatible with scale and character of existing streetscape
