“Discovering Family: Finding Yourself,” a genealogy workshop for grandparents and children, will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Western Kentucky University’s Kentucky Library and Museum.

The day, which is designed to introduce children to their family roots, will include a short introduction to genealogy. Participants will receive a backpack and workbook.

Cost is $20. Preregistration is required.
