In the book, Penn talks about overcoming adversity through faith, garnering the support of family, and developing a “millionaire’s mindset” to obtain prosperity.  Penn states that by following the essential principles outlined in his book, upper level executives and serious minded entrepreneurs will have the tools necessary to expand their territories and increase their market share and revenue.

Penn played outside guard for the Hilltoppers, earning Sports Network All-America honors and second team Associated Press All-America honors in 1988. After graduating from WKU, the Brownsville, Pa., native entered the field of technology and went on to become a corporate executive for a major wireless company.
