The Driftwood Restaurant will be offering a buffet with an assortment of buffalo dishes including carved steamship rounds, bourbon BBQ buffalo, buffalo chili, Cajun buffalo and buffalo meatloaf with hunter’s sauce. The buffet will also include traditional dishes such as fried chicken and catfish, salad bar, a variety of vegetables and a variety of desserts. The buffet will be served from 4-8 p.m. CST. Cost is $18.95 for adults and $8.95 for children 10 and under.
The Brushfire Band will be performing bluegrass music in the restaurant and The Little Homestead will be in the Stonehaven Gallery with a living history portrayal and artifacts.
