Betty Jane Barrow Peer, 84, of Bowling Green, died at 12:04 p.m. Dec. 4, 2009, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Lamar, Ark., native was a homemaker and an employee of J.C. Penney and the University of Louisville. She was a daughter of the late J.Y. Dollar and Beulah Over Dollar. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse Leroy Barrow, and her second husband, Fay Peer.
Funeral is at 10 a.m. Monday at Faith United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with burial at 2 p.m. in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald Barrow and his wife, Marlene, of Athens, Ga., and Donald Barrow and his wife, Joyce, of Bowling Green; two stepsons, Richard Peer and his wife, Elizabeth, of Fort Smith, Ark., and David Peer and his wife, Donna, of Montgomery, Texas; four grandchildren, Wendy Crawford, Randy Barrow, David Barrow and Amanda Weiford; and 11 great-grandchildren.
