POLICE NEWS: BG woman reports her credit card was fraudulently used

A Bowling Green woman reported that someone made several fraudulent transactions on her credit card between Aug. 12 and Sept. 18, according to a Bowling Green Police Department report. The transactions totaled $657. The victim named a suspect and the investigation remains open.
Theft — Someone stole a purse containing prescription medication, a digital camera and several forms of identification from a shopping cart in the parking lot outside Kroger, 711 Campbell Lane, at 6 p.m. Oct. 16, according to a city police report. Losses totaled $502.
Theft — Someone stole a TV from a room at the Drury Inn, 3250 Scottsville Road, between 12:43 p.m. Saturday and noon Monday, according to a city police report. Losses totaled $500.
Theft — Someone stole a wallet containing $500 in cash and three Social Security cards from Save-A-Lot, 600 U.S. 31-W By-Pass, between 8:40 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. Oct. 15, according to a city police report.
