Connie G. Hays, 42, died Sept. 19, 2009, at the Hospice Center.

The Bowling Green native was born Dec. 12, 1966. She was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and a member of Glendale Baptist Church. She was the daughter of Robert “Buddy” Daniels and his significant other, Eulene Jones, of Bowling Green and Pat Forshee Bristoll of Franklin, who survive.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home, with burial at Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation is in progress until 8 p.m. today and begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Other survivors include her husband, Eugene, whom she married April 24, 1987; a daughter, Terri Lynn Hays of Bowling Green; three brothers, Ronnie Daniels and Billy Joe “BJ” Daniels, both of Bowling Green, and Bobby Daniels of Richardsville; a sister, Anita Daniels and her significant other, Rick Houchin, of Rockfield; two nieces, Olivia Turner and Tiffany Daniels, both of Bowling Green; and a nephew, Landon Turner of Bowling Green.
