The second Down Syndrome Poker Run will begin with registration from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday followed by the ride at 11 a.m.

The 80-mile ride will begin and end at Hillvue Heights Church, 3219 Nashville Road, at its back parking lot. Cost is $10 per bike and $5 per poker hand.

The event will include food, prizes, entertainment and more. Proceeds will benefit the Down Syndrome Support Group of South Central Kentucky.
