Spear anniversary

Gene and Phyllis Spear of Bowling Green will celebrate their 40th anniversary on Aug. 10, 2009.

Gene and the former Phyllis Anderson were married by Bro. James P. Miller in 1969 at Caneyville Church of Christ in Caneyville.

They have two children, David Spear, who is married to Sara, and Jennifer Holt, who is married to Kelly, all of Bowling Green. They also have three adorable grandchildren, Emily, Abby and Alex Holt, also of Bowling Green.
