Appreciation Fest rescheduled for May 17

After being rained out last weekend, the Appreciation Fest has been rescheduled for May 17. The event will feature two stages of local and regional acts. All ages are welcome on the site at WhaBahs. Tickets are $15.

The 2008 Appreciation Fest, also held a WhaBah’s was the reincarnation of one of southern Kentucky’s most popular events. Hosted in the 80’s at Beech Bend, the Appreciation Fest and Canoe Races was a time for area bands to come together in support of local charities. Appreciation Fest is organized by the Kentucky Blues Society, The SonRhea Foundation, D93 FM and WhaBah’s Steelhorse Ranch.
