SCOTTSVILLE — Lucille Jones Brooks Tinsley Martin, 80, of Gallatin, Tenn., died at 6:28 a.m. March 7, 2009, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tenn.
The Allen County native was a former employee of Western Electric in Indianapolis and Washington Overall Manufacturing. She was the former owner and operator of White Front Restaurant in Scottsville and a retired employee of Eaton Yale and Town in Gallatin. She attended Rough Creek Missionary Baptist Church and Pleasant Grove General Baptist Church in Scottsville. She was a daughter of the late William O. Jones and Dellie Dee Cliburn Jones. She was the former wife of the late George Brooks, the late George M. Tinsley and the late Leonard W. “Jake” Martin. She was preceded in death by a grandson, David Phillip Brooks Jr.; five sisters, Virgie Shelton, Lorene Thompson, Bertha Hallman, Inar Jones and Odean Jones; and two brothers, George W. Jones and Joe Jones.
Funeral is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Gracie A. Moore of Scottsville; two sons, Wayne J. Brooks and his wife, Nancy Neil, of Naples, Fla., and David P. Brooks and his wife, Ann, of Hartsville, Tenn.; a brother, Jim Thomas “Jay” Jones and his wife, Mary, of Atlanta; seven grandchildren, Kathy A. Feazelle, William M. Moore, Jan J. Goodson, Tiffany Willis, Philip N. Brooks, Whitney J. Brooks and Rogana VanHolden; 11 great-grandchildren, Donald Feazelle III, Grace Lattie Feazelle, Clarence Feazelle, Gage Goodson, Jared Goodson, Joshua W. Willis, Dylan Willis, Nicholas Brooks, Skylar VanHolden, Luke VanHolden and Jamila VanHolden; and two great-great-grandchildren, Landon Feazelle and Savanna Feazelle.
