Haskins-Crook

Mr. and Mrs. Clem S. Haskins of Campbellsville would like to announce the recent marriage of their daughter, Lori Ann Haskins of Bowling Green, to Mr. Herbert Crook of Louisville on Aug. 23, 2008. The couple was married at First Baptist Church of Jeffersontown by the Rev. James Byars Jr.

The bride wore an ivory Sophia Tolli gown with a cathedral veil and carried a bouquet of ivory mini calla lilies. The wedding colors were black and chartreuse with accents of silver. The attendants to the bride wore black strapless Saison Blanche dresses and carried bouquets of green cymbidium and dendrobium orchids. The attendants to the groom wore black tuxedos and vests accented with chartreuse ties and dendrobium boutonnieres.

The evening ceremony was followed by a cocktail reception and seated dinner at the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville coordinated by the dynamic team of Peggy and Monnie Hankins of PAH Designs (Louisville).

The bride is a neurology specialty pharmaceutical sales representative. The groom is a former standout basketball player who played on the 1986 University of Louisville Final Four Championship team. After a professional basketball career overseas, he is currently a supervisor with Aramark.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Hilton Head, S.C.

The couple currently resides in Bowling Green.
