Brittney Shea Wells, 19, of Woodburn died at 9:35 p.m. Jan. 29, 2009, at 8133 Three Springs Road of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

The Warren County native was born Sept. 21, 1989. She was a self-employed baby sitter. She was a graduate of Greenwood High School class of 2007. Shea loved life to the fullest. She became a Christian at a young age. She loved her family and her friends. She was a daughter of Cory Payton Wells of Bowling Green and Melissa A. Watson Gaines of Woodburn, who survive. She was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Larry Wells; a paternal great-grandfather, Raymond Kidwell; and her boyfriend, Shawn Wiesbrook.

Funeral is at 3 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel. The family chose cremation after the service. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Other survivors include a sister, Shelby Nicole Gaines of Woodburn; a half sister, Una Plum Wells of Bowling Green; two half brothers, Jordan Kerr of Tennessee and Memphis Wells of Bowling Green; maternal grandparents, Jackie and Dolphus Jordan of Bowling Green; a paternal grandmother, Donna Kidwell of Bowling Green; a paternal great-grandfather, Jocie Kidwell of Bowling Green; two aunts, Wendy McGuffey and Lisa Dishon and her husband, Brent, all of Bowling Green; two uncles, Rick Watson of Bowling Green and Dennis Brown and his wife, Becky, of Glouchester, Va.; and several cousins.
