LOUISVILLE — Leslie E. “Les” Redford, 84, of Louisville died Oct. 16, 2008.
The Glasgow native was a retired laboratory technician for Harshaw Chemical, where he worked for 30 years, and was a member of Chapel Park Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Leslie Redford and Elizabeth Kinnaird Redford.
Funeral is at 11 a.m. EDT Monday at Owen Funeral Home, with graveside service at 1 p.m. CDT in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery in Glasgow. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. EDT Sunday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to his church.
Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Ford Redford; a son, Scott Redford; a stepsister, Norma Bertram and her family; an uncle, Albert Redford and his family; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sandy and Rick Chesson; several nieces and nephews, Cindy O’Keefe and her husband, Kevin, Kathy Hubbard and her husband, Len, Paul Bridges Jr. and his wife, Lynn, Karen Bridges and Keith and Brent Chesson; and several other family members and friends.
