Linda Delores Lush, 58, of Bowling Green died at 6:46 p.m. Sept. 28, 2008, at her residence.
The Warren County native was born April 3, 1950. She was a former member of Victory Hill Ministries and a graduate of Alvaton High School. She was a recipient of the Humanitarian Award from The Medical Center at Bowling Green and was also honored as a “Home Town Hero.” Ms. Lush was a longtime employee of The Medical Center, serving as a medical assistant. She was a daughter of the late James C. Lush and Pauline Sanders Lush.
Memorial service is at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include a brother, Richard Lush and his wife, Gail, of Alvaton; three sisters, Brenda Lush Shoemake and her husband, James, of Hendersonville, Tenn., Paula Lush Shoemake and her husband, Billy, of Watertown, Tenn., and Sheila Lush Coffey of Bowling Green; eight nieces and nephews, Amber Lush of Bowling Green, Jacob Lush and his wife, Amanda, of Henderson, Nev., Heather Shoemake and Andrea Fogarty and her husband, John, all of Hendersonville, Amanda Riley and her husband, Brad, of Florida, Michael Shoemake of Watertown and Adam Coffey and special friend, Madison Steff, and Austin Coffey and special friend, Lindsey Miller, all of Bowling Green; and seven great-nieces and nephews.
