GLASGOW — Toby Douglas Reneau, 30, of Glasgow died March 15, 2008, as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Barren County.
The Glasgow native was born March 2, 1978. He was a 1996 graduate of Barren County High School. He was an electrician and was employed by Smith Electric. In his earlier years, he attended the Temple Hill Baptist Church. He enjoyed boating and raising his cattle. He was a son of Larry and Debbie Davidson Reneau of Glasgow, who survive. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Edna Reneau and Wallace and Juanita Davidson; and a great-great uncle, Edwin Moore.
Funeral is at 2 p.m. Thursday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to a trust fund to benefit his children at either the South Central Bank or Edmonton State Bank.
Other survivors include his wife, Amanda Jessie Reneau; a daughter, Kayleigh Brook Reneau; two sons, Alec Douglas and Isaac Blake Reneau; two brothers, Chase Reneau and his wife, Jessica, of Bowling Green and Dusty Reneau, who is serving with the Army in Iraq; his grandfather, Stanley Reneau of Glasgow; his mother-in-law, Linda Burkeen and her husband, Brian, of Kansas City, Mo.; his father-in-law, Marty Jessie and his wife, Connie, of Louisiana; a brother-in-law, Brad Jessie and his wife, Kelly, of Louisiana; and four nieces, Olivia and Sophia Reneau and Chloe and Kelsey Jessie.
