POLICE NEWS : 3 BG residents arrested for allegedly operating meth lab

Three Bowling Green residents were arrested Friday after allegedly operating a methamphetamine laboratory.

Adrian C. Barnes, 20, and Bobby J. House, 28, were charged with manufacturing meth, possession of anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at 5736 Russellville Road. The third person was charged with a misdemeanor, according to a Warren County Sheriff’s Office report.

The sheriff’s office, Kentucky State Police and the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force went to the residence after receiving a drug complaint, according to the report.

House and Barnes are each being held at the Warren County Regional Jail on $25,000 bond.

Arrest — Agnes W. Powell, 45, of Bowling Green, was charged with manufacturing meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana, and Keith W. Bradley, 41, of Bowling Green, was charged with manufacturing meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:27 p.m. Sunday at 2237 Blue Level Providence Road.

Deputies from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office went to the address to serve warrants and, after locating the two, found the meth manufacturing equipment in the vehicles belonging to them, according to a sheriff’s office report. There was also more than $2,000 seized from the residence.

Bradley is being held without bond. Powell’s bond is set at $15,000.

Arrest — Kapatrick Dorell Bolling, 33, 570 Lost Circle Drive Apt. D, was charged with third-degree rape at 10:53 p.m. Saturday at his residence, according to a Bowling Green Police Department report.

Bolling is accused of intimidating a mentally retarded woman into having oral sex and intercourse with him, according to the report. Bolling denied forcing the woman into any behavior.

He is being held on $50,000 bond.

Arrest — Christopher David Pendleton, 21, 2600 Chandler Drive No. 1425, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and rear license plate not illuminated at 3:21 a.m. Friday in the 2500 block of Russellville Road, according to a city police report.

Pendleton was pulled over for a traffic stop, failed field sobriety tests and a bag of marijuana along with brass knuckles were found in the vehicle, according to the report.

He was released Friday after posting $1,483 bond.

Arrest — Jermaine Anthony Overton, 19, 2611 Whitney Creek Pike, Nashville, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:14 a.m. Friday at Scott Way and Beauty Court, according to a city police report.

Overton was pulled over and officers found a marijuana cigar and Overton failed sobriety tests, the report said. He also attempted to hide a bag of marijuana under his car seat after realizing he had been pulled over, according to the report.

He was released Saturday after posting $1,000 bond.
