Six men have been charged in the December robbery of two brothers in Bowling Green.

The men are accused of using force to commit robbery on Jan. 11, according to the indictment. The group was indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury.

Juan Velazquez-Ginez, 18, 365 Foxcroft C-11, Nashville, Milton Orrellana, 18, 510 Peart St., Jorge Albert Lizama Jr., 22, 620 Parkhill St., Juan Iraheta-Climaco, 25, 189 Wallace Road Apt. 122, Nashville, Melvin Arnoldo Giron, 23, 183 Wellworth St. Madison, Tenn., and Juan Chavez-Pleitz, 18, 1515 Antioch Pike, Nashville, were each charged with first-degree robbery.

Giron was also charged with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and Lizama is also charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants and failure of non-owner operator to maintain liability.

Bond for each of the six men was set at $50,000.

The following people were also indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury:

Cedric Jermaine Donan, 31, Collegeview Drive, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a defaced firearm, combine bond.

James Avery Webb, 24, 414 Trent Way D6, first-degree robbery, second-degree persistent felony offender, $10,000 bond.

Mayme Lou McCathron, 36, 20 E. 12th Ave., Apt. 1, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, $5,000 bond.

Laura Jean McCoy, 37, 2783 Lodge Hall Road, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, $5,000 bond.

Alen Kuvac, 20, 1612 Westen St. No. 86, two counts first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (third offense within five years), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, operating on DUI suspended license, failure to produce insurance card, transfer bond.

Eddie W Reece, 58, 3693 Mt. Lebanon Church Road, Alvaton, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident, $5,000 bond.

Richard Daniel Grimes, 39, 1306B Kenilwood Way, first-degree assault, transfer bond.

Elissa D. Wayne, 31, 234 Morehead Road, prohibited activities to obtain benefits of assistance programs over $100, criminal summons.

Maricela Gandara, 20, 417 Gayle Way, prohibited activities to obtain benefits of assistance programs over $100, criminal summons.

Scottie Dionne Day, 39, 1200 N. Lee St., 12 counts second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, nine counts theft by unlawful taking of property valued over $300, five counts theft by unlawful taking, eight counts theft by unlawful taking of property valued under $300, three counts third-degree criminal mischief, $50,000 bond.

Rachel Collins, 20, 218 Kelly Road Apt. 61, theft by unlawful taking of property valued over $300, $10,000 bond.

Corey James Crowe, 28, no address available, first-degree robbery, $10,000 bond.

Bryan Patrick Whatley, 37, 501 Eric Ave., Apt. J69, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender, transfer bond.

David Allen Kessinger, 28, 109 Creekwood Ave. Apt. 103, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia (second offense), possession of marijuana less than eight ounces, second-degree persistent felony offender, transfer bond.
