Ruth Pillow Stephenson, 77, of Bowling Green died at 7:46 p.m. Jan. 25, 2008, at The Medical Center.
The Rockfield native was born June 7, 1930. She was a housewife, mother and business manager at Stephenson Auto Sales. She was also a member of Providence Knob Baptist Church and loved fishing, bingo and family outings. She was the daughter of the late Virgil Pillow and Virginia Hall Pillow. She was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Hardcastle; and a brother, Cecil Pillow.
Funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby and Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel, with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. today and from noon Monday until the time of service at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, Alvin L. “Steve” Stephenson; a son, Rex L. Stephenson and his wife, Cindy, of Bowling Green; a granddaughter, Rebecca Stephenson of Bowling Green; three brothers, Perry Pillow and his wife, Marybelle, of Bowling Green, James Pillow and his wife, Lee, and Bill Pillow and his wife, Ida, all of Pontiac, Mich.; three sisters, Frances Raymer and her husband, Larry, of Bowling Green, Ella Martin and Nelda Lowe and her husband, Jim, all of Gadsden, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.
