  • Fairview Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 Fairview Ave., will host the second part of a series of Bible studies in January.   • Bowling Green Christian Church will debut its new Wednesday night series titled The Not-So-Late Show with Rick O’Shay. The underlying theme of the show in this first series installment will look at characters of the Bible and their tests of faith. There will be a meal at 5:30 p.m. in the church commons. The cost is $3 for adults and $2 for children and meal reservations are requested each Monday prior to the show. Also, the American Red Cross blood mobile will be at the church from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23.
