Aurilious R. Davison

VINCENNES, Ind. — Aurilious Ralph “Doc” Davison, 79, of Vincennes died at 5:24 p.m. Nov. 19, 2007, at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The Vincennes native was born Jan. 11, 1928. He retired from O’Donell Supply and had worked at Vincennes Canning and Autolite. He was a World War II Army veteran, where he was a communications lineman. He was a son of the late Roy Edgar Davison and Margaret F. Dillon. He was preceded in death by five sisters, Wilma Myers, Loretta Moyes, Maxine Baxley, Zerilda Davison and Adabelle Shoulders; and two brothers, Albert Davison and Merle Davison.

Funeral is at noon EST Friday at Goodwin Funeral Home, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to noon EST Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Goodwin Davison; two sons, Ralph Davison and his wife, Lavon, of Bowling Green, Ky., and Robert Davison and his wife, Marlene, of Vincennes; two daughters, Rosalie Eve Davison of Bowling Green, S.C., and Patricia Crouse of Vincennes; a sister, Jacqelyn Webber of Vincennes; three brothers, Orval Davison, Virgil Davison and Verle “Butch” Davison, all of Vincennes; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
