Roberta D. Vogler

Roberta &#8220Betty” D. Vogler, 80, of Alvaton, formerly of Longmont and Johnstown, Colo., died Sept. 10, 2007, at a Bowling Green nursing home.

She was born on April 3, 1927. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eppie Hunter and Mary Elizabeth Pruett Cooper and two brothers, who lived in Virginia.

Memorial services will be held in Kentucky and Colorado at a later date. Cremation was chosen. Heritage Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to local Alzheimer’s Associations.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Bob; a daughter, Tamara Massey and her husband, James, of Alvaton; two sons, K.C. Vogler and his wife, Debra, of Johnstown and Lance Vogler and his wife, Dianne, of Broomfield, Colo.; five grandchildren, Jarrod and Lindsay Jordan of Erie, Colo., Shawn Vogler of Johnstown and Hadley and Kate Vogler of Broomfield; three nephews in Virginia; a niece in Florida; and several other relatives in Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota and Arizona.
