GLASGOW – William Henry Shader, 80, of Glasgow died July 16, 2007, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.

The Barren County native was retired from Tyson Bearing and was a farmer. He was a member of Coral Hill Baptist Church, where he formerly served as a deacon, and was a World War II Army veteran. He was a son of the late Judge Shader and Mary Ann Garner Shader. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Basil and Lucille McGuire.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Thursday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mary Helen McGuire Shader; a son, William &#8220Billy” Leslie Shader and his wife, Donna, of Bowling Green; two daughters, Kaye Tracy and her husband, Danny, and Lisa Garst and her husband, David, all of Glasgow; six grandsons, Adam and Eli Shader, Chris and Cory Underwood and Collins and John Garst; three stepgrandsons, Shawn Tracy and Ray and Kenneth Massey; two great-grandchildren; and seven great-stepgrandchildren.
