National City Bank will tow your car

I have been parking in a lot behind National City Bank for the past three years for one hour to attend the downtown summer concerts in the park. June 13 my car was towed in this lot even though there were many spaces that were still available. Upon paying the $60 fee at the towing company to release my car, I learned that I was the only one towed even though I saw several other families park in this lot during the summer concert performance.
I understand that this lot says Reserved Parking, but where are people to park during the summer concert series?
Beware citizens of Bowling Green attending this free event, National City gives no first time warnings. Your free summer concert may cost you $60 payable to National City Bank’s parking fund.
