Hall-Smith
The wedding of Rebecca Elizabeth Hall and Michael Howard Smith was performed by Pastor Steve Hussung at 5:30 p.m. May 5, 2007, at Three Springs Baptist Church in Bowling Green.
The bride is the daughter of Ernie and Trina Hall of Bowling Green and the groom is the son of Beverly Wimpee and grandson of BC and Loretta Wimpee of Bowling Green.
The bride wore a white, floor-length, v-neck taffeta gown and carried a pink bouquet of spring tulips, roses, ranunculus and peonies.
Erin Murray and Leah Head, sisters of the bride, were matrons of honor. Rachel Summar, also a sister of the bride, was an honorary matron of honor and wedding photographer. Michele Wilson, Jocelyn Bulla, Tessa Brown and Laura Monin were bridesmaids.
Ryan Smith and Curtis Espy, brothers of the groom, were best men. Ryan Murray, Rocky Tyree, Braden Wilson and Alan Kepple were groomsmen.
The flower girl was Caroline Summar, niece of the bride, and the ring bearer was Isaiah Head, nephew of the bride.
There was a reception afterward at the U.A.W. Building in Bowling Green. The couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii, and will reside at 325 Sumpter Ave. in Bowling Green.
O’Connell-Arterburn
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne O’Connell of Hardinsburg announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Betty Susan O’Connell, to Bradley Michael Arterburn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Debbie Arterburn of Scottsville.
Susan is the granddaughter of Betty Smith and the late James E. Smith and Keenan O’Connell and the late Betty Jean O’Connell, all of Hardinsburg. She is a 2000 graduate of Breckinridge County High School and received a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Western Kentucky University in 2004. Susan is currently employed as account executive for Finelight Strategic Marketing in Louisville.
Bradley is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Gibson of Bowling Green and Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Arterburn of Scottsville. He is a 2000 graduate of Allen County-Scottsville High School and received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Western Kentucky University in 2004. He is currently earning his master’s degree in communications at the University of Kentucky and is employed as an admissions counselor for Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond.
The wedding is at 5:30 p.m. CDT June 16, 2007, at Hardinsburg Baptist Church, with a reception afterward at the home of the bride.
All friends and relatives are invited.
After a honeymoon on a Mediterranean cruise, the couple will make their home in Shelbyville.
Lindsey-Cunningham
Mr. and Mrs. Phil Lindsey of Bee Spring announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Ann, to Warren David Cunningham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Winston Cunningham of Scottsville.
Ms. Lindsey is a 2001 graduate of Edmonson County High School and a 2005 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor of arts degree in English and allied language arts. Ms. Lindsey is employed by the Barren County Board of Education. She is the granddaughter of Mary Ann Stewart of Bee Spring and the late Howard K. Stewart, and Gitana Lindsey of Sweeden and the late William E. Lindsey.
Mr. Cunningham is a 1996 graduate of Allen County-Scottsville High School and a 2000 graduate of UNC Greensboro with a bachelor of science degree in business education. Mr. Cunningham is employed by the Barren County Board of Education. He is the grandson of Maurice McIntyre of Fountain Run and the late Hershel McIntyre and the late Gladys Rhinehart of Scottsville.
The wedding is at 4 p.m. June 23, 2007, at Sweeden Missionary Baptist Church, with a reception afterward at the Cave City Convention Center.

Jonathan is a 1996 graduate of DeKalb High School and a 2001 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in parks and recreation facility management. He is owner of a branch of Advisors Mortgage.

Jones-Golliher
Mr. and Mrs. Barry Jones of Alvaton announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Brie Jones, to Bradley Adam Golliher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Golliher of Bowling Green.
Miss Jones is a 2004 graduate of Greenwood High School and a May 2007 graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jones of Alvaton and the late Elbert E. Young and Carolyn Sue Young of Bowling Green.
Mr. Golliher is a 2002 graduate of Bowling Green High School and a December 2006 graduate of Western Kentucky University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. He is the grandson of the late Thomas Golliher and Mrs. Beulah Golliher of Laverne, Tenn., and the late John W. Victory and Mrs. Laura Bell Victory of Nashville.
A July wedding is planned.
Givens-Guinane
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Givens of Bowling Green announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacie Dawn-Lea Givens, to Joseph John Guinane, son of Tom and Sharon Guinane of Morgan Hill, Calif., and Ron and Dorothy Mifsud of San Jose, Calif.
Miss Givens is a 2007 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and is employed by Warren County Parks and Recreation and the Warren County Board of Education.
Mr. Guinane is a 2003 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in English and allied language arts and is employed by the Warren County Board of Education.

Harl-Williams
Mr. and Mrs. James A. Harl of Bowling Green announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra Perseveranda Harl, to Caleb Christopher Williams, son of the Revs. Charles and Paige Williams of Lexington.

Holland-Thompson
Jo Rogers and Robert Holland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Holland, to Bruce Thompson, son of Larry and Debbie Thompson of Tompkinsville.
Jennifer is the granddaughter of the late James and Kay Holland and the late James and Lorraine Rogers. She is a graduate of PJ’s College of Cosmetology and works at Flynn Hair Designers in Bowling Green.
Bruce is the grandson of Anna J. Thompson of Tompkinsville and the late Clint Thompson and the late Dude and Jessie Russell. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and is employed as an engineer at Sumitomo in Edmonton.
The wedding is at 6:30 p.m. June 15, 2007, on Miramar Beach in Destin, Fla. A reception will follow at the Maravilla Club House.
The couple will make their home in Bowling Green.
Martin-Pillow
Michael Pillow and Angela Martin of Bowling Green announce their engagement and wedding reception.
Angela is a graduate of Kewanee High School and employed by Warren Regional Jail. She is the daughter of Chester Crowe and Dorothey Wilson.
Michael is a graduate of Bowling Green High School. He is employed by the City of Bowling Green. He is the son of William Day and the late Roberta Pillow-Anderson.
