Rodney E. Farmer

GLASGOW – Rodney Eugene Farmer, 64, of Glasgow died May 3, 2007, at his residence.
The Tennessee native was a medical technologist at T.J. Samson Community Hospital, from which he recently retired after 45 years of service. He was a son of the late Adrian Farmer and Mary McReynolds Farmer and the husband of the late Sally Buford Farmer. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Farmer; a sister, Alice Sullivan; and a brother, Richard Farmer.
Funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation begins at 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include a son, Tim “T.J.” Farmer and his wife, Kim, of Franklin; two grandsons, Cameron and Conner Farmer; three sisters, Louise King of Mitchellville, Tenn., Katherine Cardwell of Franklin and Ruth Hettington of Portland, Tenn.
