BEREA – C.V. Foley Jr., 64, of Nashville died Jan. 22, 2007, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

The Berea native was born July 16, 1942 and was a resident of Nashville for the past five years. He was a retired distribution manager, a Vietnam War Army veteran, a Baptist and a member of Nashville American Legion Post. He was a son of the late C.V. Foley and Rosie Ledford Foley and the husband of the late Diana Brown Foley. He was preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Foley; and a sister, Lois Foley.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Thursday at Reppert Funeral Home, with burial in Berea Cemetery. Visitation begins at noon Thursday at the funeral home.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Carwell and her husband, Lee, of Smiths Grove and Jennifer Foley of Nashville; a mother-in-law, Edna Robinson Wells of Berea; three grandchildren, Shannon Carwell, Rachael Carwell and Aimee Carwell; two great-grandchildren, Isaach Gann and Matthew Gann; two nephews, Scott Walker and Hugh Walker; a niece, Suzanne Wickham; and several cousins, relatives and friends.
