€Rockfield United Methodist Church, 682 Rich Pond-Rockfield Road, has a chili supper and trick or treat activities Saturday. The chili supper begins at 6 p.m. and proceeds benefit the youth group. It’s followed by trick or treating from cars in the parking lot, and a costume and trunk decorating contest. A cake walk and dance in the church pavilion begins at 7:30 p.m. The church is also collecting used eyeglasses as part of “Sight Night.” The eyeglasses will be turned over to Lenscrafters.
€Forest Park Baptist Church, 520 Old Morgantown Road, has Trunk or Treat from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. This is an option to trick or treat in a safe place. Complimentary chili and soup are available. Also, there is a drawing for door prizes. All ages are invited.

€Faith United Methodist Church’s annual Fish Fry and Auction is from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 4. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children ages 3-8 for all-you-can-eat fish. Auction is at 6:30 p.m. All proceeds raised will be used for mission projects and for the Christmas Outreach Program. The church is at 380 Veterans Memorial.

€Southside Church of Christ has started construction on its new building on a five-acre tract at 4600 Plano Road, 41/2 miles off Scottsville Road. The church continues to meet at the present location on Cemetery Road and Lovers Lane until the first of the year, when the new building will be completed.
€Much More Ministries, an interdenominational ministry under the direction of Brenda Stuart, meets at 4 p.m. the last Saturday of each month. €Bowling Green Christian Church is celebrating its recent growth by adding a third service to its Sunday worship Sunday.
