€Barber Way General Baptist Church Ladies Aid Prayer Group is having a yard sale and bake sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Flea Land, 1100 Three Springs Road. €Southside Church of Christ has started construction on its new building on a 5-acre tract at 4600 Plano Road, 4 1/2 miles off Scottsville Road. The church is continuing to meet at the present location on Cemetery Road and Lovers Lane until the first of the year, when the new building will be completed.
