Robert Lee &#8220Robbie” Gill, 25, of Bowling Green died at 11:10 p.m. May 24, 2006, on U.S. 231 North and Natcher Parkway as a result of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident.

The Bowling Green native was a former HVAC installer and member of Meadowland Baptist Church. He was a son of Dennis Gill of Bowling Green and Teresa Blair Borders of Bowling Green, who survive. He was preceded in death by a stepfather, Carl Waters; two grandfathers, Wayne Oliver and Genie Gill; a father-in-law, Larry Burch; a niece, April Rone; and an uncle, Bud Blair.

Funeral is at 1 p.m. Saturday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to a trust fund set up for his children at Farmers National Bank in Bowling Green.

Other survivors include his wife of five years, Mandy Dawn Burch Gill; and a three-year-old daughter, Maddie Lee Gill of Bowling Green. They were expecting their second child in December. Additional survivors include a stepfather, Trandall Borders of Bowling Green; three brothers, Jeremy Gill, C.W. Waters and Clint Waters, all of Bowling Green; a mother-in-law, Ramona Burch of Bowling Green; grandparents, Stella Oliver and Helen Phelps, both of Morgantown, and Billy Blair of Bowling Green; two sisters-in-law, Wendy Rone and her husband, Terry, and Heather Beckmann and her husband, Craig, all of Bowling Green; a niece and three nephews, Dylan Rone, Dakota Beckmann, Haylee Rone and Hunter Beckmann; and several aunts, uncles, great-aunts and great-uncles.
