The Greenwood softball team picked up a 1-0 victory over Henderson County on senior night Thursday at Greenwood.

The Lady Gators scored the only run in the game in the fifth inning. Angela Kitchens got a lead-off single and scored on an RBI double by Rachel Riley.

Brittany York picked up the win. The senior struck out five and took a no-hitter into the seventh inning before giving up a one-out single.

Greenwood hosts Central Hardin at 5 p.m. tonight.
