MORGANTOWN – Mary E. Day Garner, 42, of Morgantown died April 26, 2006, at her home.

The Butler County native was a licensed cosmetologist and member of Morgantown First Baptist Church. She was a daughter of Linden C. Day of Morgantown, who survives, and the late Lavena Flener Day. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Day; and grandparents, Hubert and Lola Flener and Orville and Lola Day.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Chapel, with burial in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Other survivors include her husband, Teddy Garner; a stepson, Chris Garner and his wife, Lindsey, of Dunmor; two sisters, Diana Burden and her husband, Thomas, of Mount Washington and Leona Day of Morgantown; three stepgrandchildren; three nieces; a nephew; a great-niece and a great-nephew.
