Virginia Irene Dennison Glenn, 87, of Bowling Green died at 4:51 a.m. March 18, 2006, at The Medical Center.
The Butler County native was a housewife, homemaker and Baptist. She was a daughter of the late James Dennison and Eddie Rose Childers Dennison, and wife of the late Robert Glenn and Eugene Glass. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Margie Hendricks; a son, Billy Hendricks Taylor; two grandsons, William Forshee Jr. and David Spencer Jr.; a great-grandson, Donnie Roberts; and a brother, Charles Dennison.
Funeral is at 7 p.m. Tuesday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane Chapel, with private burial at a later date in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include five sons, Roger Glass and his wife, Judy, Michal “Wildman” Glenn, Auddie “Rooster” Glenn, Delmar Glenn and his wife, Kathy, all of Richardsville, and Jimmy Hendricks and his wife, Cris, of California; five daughters, Clara Bodoh and Virginia “Sweetpea” Forshee and her husband, Bur, all of Richardsville, Darlene Carter and her husband, Anthony, of Bainbridge, Ind., Cleta Boicourt and her husband, Doug, of Indianapolis and Freda Williams of Milford, Mich.; a granddaughter she raised, Twana Hunt and her husband, Greg, of Bowling Green; a brother, James Dennison and his wife, Nellie, of Bowling Green; 25 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
