Galib Zimic

Galib Zimic, 77, of Bowling Green died at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 17, 2005, at a Bowling Green nursing home.

The Zepa, Bosnia-Herzegovina, native was a carpenter and member of the Islamic Center of Bowling Green. He was a son of the late Hakija and Zarfija Hodzic Zimic.

Graveside service was today at Bowling Green Gardens. Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Musa Zimic; three sons, Hasan, Husein and Hajrudin Zimic, all of Bowling Green; two daughters, Galiba Omanovic and Dulesma Mujkic, both of Bowling Green; two brothers, Hamdija of St. Louis and Azem Zimic of Sarajevo, Bosnia; and 11 grandchildren.
