HORSE CAVE Alva E. Kenney Irvin, 92, of Horse Cave died at 7:10 p.m. June 29, 2005, at a Horse Cave nursing home.

The Hart County native was a homemaker and member of Cedar Cliff Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late David Kenney and Florissi Young Kenney and the wife of the late Charles Victor Irvin.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Winn Funeral Home, with burial in Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Marguerite Cooper and her husband, Royce, of Munfordville; a son, Charles David Irvin and his wife, Aline, of Horse Cave; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Emma Young of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews.  Daily News ·813 College St. ·PO Box 90012 ·Bowling Green, KY ·42102 ·270-781-1700
