Martha Juanita Blair, 67, of Bowling Green, formerly of Paducah, died at 2:15 p.m. June 22, 2005, at her daughters residence.
The Butler County native was a retired office manager for the Paducah Veterinary Clinic and a member of Richland Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Frances Asbury Harlan and Pearl Howard Harlan. She was preceded in death Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Forshee Brizendine of Bowling Green; a son, Hartford Shane Blair and his fianc, Kim Morris, of Bowling Green; a granddaughter, Bre Brizendine; three grandsons, Chance Forshee, Dylan Morris-Blair and Ely Morris-Blair; her childrens father, Loyd Blair of Elizabethtown, Ill.; two sisters, Stella Oliver and Eunice Blanchard, both of Morgantown; a brother, Willis Harlan of Morgantown; and several nieces and nephews.
