A Warren County grand jury on Wednesday indicted three people in connection with the Feb. 4 robbery of South Central Bank.

At the time of the robbery, police said two suspects wearing dark clothing with hoods, white tennis shoes and rubber masks brandished a handgun and escaped with $11,000.

The grand jury indicted Carlton Evan McIntosh, 42, and Deleanea D. Slaughter, 20, both addresses unknown, with first-degree robbery. Both had bonds set at $50,000 cash.

Also indicted in connection with the case was Richard Dane Banks, 26, address unknown. He is charged with first-degree complicity to robbery and first-degree persistent felony offender, and has a $100,000 cash bond. After Banks was arrested in late February, warrants were issued for McIntosh and Slaughter. Slaughter has been in the Warren County Regional Jail since March 8, but McIntosh has not yet been arrested, according to jail records.

The following indictments also were returned:

Thedford Reese, 48, 2770 T.B. Hospital Road, knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

Gwen Dunn, 43, address unknown, theft by deception over $300, $50,000 cash bond.

Susan Logsdon, 57, address unknown, theft by deception over $300, $50,000 cash bond.

Danny William Halcomb, 48, 503 State St. Apt. 10, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer district court $2,500 surety bond.

Sharon Louise Scott, 45, 545 Cherokee Ave., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense and tampering with physical evidence, transfer district court $5,000 partially secured bond.

Sharmane Hines, age unavailable, 2112 Rockcreek Drive, knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

Frank Holloway, 48, 1409 Normalview Drive, knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

William Lee Mills, 41, 1401 N. Sunrise Drive, trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree persistent felony offender, transfer district court $10,000 cash bond.

Salih Osmanovic, 59, 920 Potter Ave., knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

Jack Charles Reynolds, 18, address unavailable, first-degree bail jumping, $10,000 cash bond.

William Aaron Settle, 23, Mammoth Cave, third-degree assault, second-degree persistent felony offender, $25,000 cash bond.

Amy Marie Tuttle, 29, Glasgow, first-degree promoting contraband, transfer district court $5,000 unsecured bond.

Mary Ann Hudson, 48, 1244B Crewdson Lane, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense, first-degree persistent felony offender, transfer district court $5,000 surety bond.

Osly D. Calix, 33, 1917 Sandra St., knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

Michael Scott Gipson, 33, Brownsville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, first offense within five years, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in marijuana less than 8 ounces, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, speeding, failure to wear a seat belt and possession of a controlled substance not in a proper container, transfer district court $5,000 surety bond.

Izet Hozic, 408A Jennings Drive, knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

Michael Loudin, age unavailable, 3651 Wingfield Church Road, knowingly making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits, $1,000 unsecured bond.

Brian ONeil Miller, 38, 980 Goodrum Road, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, possession of marijuana, second-degree persistent felony offender, $30,000 cash bond.

Tammy Kay Miller, 33, 980 Goodrum Road, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, second-degree persistent felony offender, $30,000 cash bond.

Richard William Parks, 37, Dunbar, second-degree burglary, $10,000 cash bond.
