SCOTTSVILLE Zelma E. Rather, 91, of Scottsville died March 31, 2005, at a Westmoreland nursing home.

The Allen County native was a homemaker and a member of Scottsville Church of Christ. She was a daughter of the late George Levi Shrum and the wife of the late Lester Moore Rather. She was preceded in death Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Scottsville Church of Christ, with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home and at noon Sunday at the church.

Survivors include two sons, Randal Moore Rather and his wife, Edith, of Greenfield, Ind., and Jerry Glen Rather and his wife, Diane, of Adolphus; a daughter, Nina Mae Grinstead and her husband, Edward, of Scottsville; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
