A.C. Sears, 81, of Bowling Green died at 10:43 a.m. March 17, 2005, at The Medical Center.

The Warren County native owned and operated A.C. Sears Trucking Company since 1957, was a World War II veteran, attended Faith United Methodist Church, was a member of the American Legion and was a Kentucky Colonel. He was a son of the late Lester Fields Sears and Ruth Keen Sears.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at J.C. KirSurvivors include his wife, Beatrice Miller Sears; two daughters, JoAnn Neighbors and Lynette Yates and her husband, Frank, all of Bowling Green; two sons, Andy Sears and his wife, Rose, of Pewee Valley and David Sears and his wife, Sharon, of Bowling Green; a brother, Wendell Sears of Hendersonville, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren, Amanda Sears, Mindy Neighbors, Adam Sears, Jamie Neighbors, Brenner Sears, Luke Sears, Brittany Sears, Austin Yates, Chandler Sears and Parker Yates; and several nieces and nephews.  Daily News ·813 College St. ·PO Box 90012 ·Bowling Green, KY ·42102 ·270-781-1700
