Wallace Elbert Cole, 89, of Bowling Green died at 3:15 a.m. June 21, 2004, at his home.

The Warren County native was a farmer and member of Richardsville United Methodist Church. He was a son of the late Willie T. Cole and Myrtle Thomas Cherry Cole. He was preceded in death Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel, with burial in Green River Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lucille Hale Cole; five sons, William Wallace Cole and his wife, Janice Faye, Bobby Cole, James Cole and his longtime companion, Tina Keown, Jason Cole and his wife, Sheryl, and Larry Cole and his wife, Penny K., all of Bowling Green; four daughters, Mary Jo Honaker and her husband, Roger, of Eastview and Janet Runner and her husband, Terrell, Beverly J. Spence and Jackie Niles and her husband, Karl, all of Bowling Green; a son-in-law, Mike Tanaro of Alvaton; two sisters, Roberta Beck of Anna and Ruby Kessinger of Mount Washington; 25 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
