SUMMER SHADE Chad Alan Grimsley, 27, of Summer Shade died March 17, 2004, at University of Louisville Hospital as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.He was a son of Diane Smith of Summer Shade and Steve Grimsley of Glasgow and the stepson of Brenda Grimsley of Glasgow, who survive. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kelly Joe Grimsley; maternal grandparents, Thurman and Louise Smith; and paternal grandparents, Marshall and Lorene Grimsley.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hickory College Church of Christ, where he was a member, with burial in Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon today and will begin at 7 a.m. Saturday at the church. McMurtrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Other survivors include a daughter, Katie Grimsley of Glasgow; his girlfriend, Mandy Houchens of Glasgow; a sister, Maria Grimsley of Glasgow; two aunts, Dee Dee London of Hiseville and Janie Simpson and her husband, Charles, of Summer Shade; an uncle, Ed Smith and his wife, Sheila, of Summer Shade; and cousins, Thede Simpson, Suelena and Cassie Smith and Sheena and Brooke London.  Daily News ·813 College St. ·PO Box 90012 ·Bowling Green, KY ·42102 ·270-781-1700
