TOMPKINSVILLE Charlene Russell Howard, 66, of Gamaliel died March 11, 2004, at Monroe County Medical Center.The Monroe County native was a member of Gamaliel Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Ellis Russell and Aire Kirby Russell. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Howard; and two brothers, Eugene and Willard Russell.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Yokley-Trible Funeral Home, with burial in Rocky Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.Survivors include her husband, Rondal Howard; two sons, Randy Howard and his wife, Debbie, of Lebanon, Tenn., and Charles Howard and his wife, Kathy, of Lafayette, Tenn.; two daughters, Peggy Davidson and her husband, Tony, of Glasgow, and Jennifer Kirk and her husband, Lynn, of Bowling Green; two brothers, James and Wallace Russell, both of Tompkinsville; two sisters, Beulah Deckard of Tompkinsville and Merlene Hughes of Huntsville, Ala.; 14 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.  Daily News ·813 College St. ·PO Box 90012 ·Bowling Green, KY ·42102 ·270-781-1700
