Jewell Stone, 78, of Bowling Green died at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 15, 2004, at a Bowling Green nursing home.The Taylor County native was a retired seamstress and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Louisville. She was a daughter of the late Uriel Clark and Laura Smith Clark. She was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Clark.Memorial service will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel. There will be no visitation.Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Wilson; three sisters, Loraine Cash of Crestwood, Arlene Tshetter of South Dakota and Gail Ostergard of North Carolina; and four brothers, Adrian Clark of Alabama, Harold Clark of Louisville, Gary Clark of Shelbyville and Douglas Clark of McDaniel; a grandson, Philip Meredith and his wife, Angie, of Bowling Green; a granddaughter, Mona Wilson of Michigan; and five great-grandchildren.
