byterian Church; a retired attorney in Columbia; admitted to the Bar on April 13, 1949; was a member of the prestigious International Society of Barristers, American Bar Association, American College of Trial Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Judicature Society, Kentucky Academy of Trial Lawyers, Kentucky Bar Association and Adair County Bar Association; was a World War II veteran and a member of Columbia Masonic Lodge No. 96. He was a son of the late Walter Franklin Huddleston and Lottie Russell Huddleston of Adair County.

COLUMBIA Earl Huddleston, 82, of Columbia died at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 11, 2004, at Westlake Regional Hospital.
He was a member of Columbia Union PresFuneral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Columbia Union Presbyterian Church or the American Heart Association.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Walker Huddleston; a son, Lynn Earl Huddleston of Louisville; two brothers, former U.S. Senator Walter Dee Huddleston and Harold Huddleston, both of Elizabethtown; four sisters, Virginia Van Zant of Elizabethtown, Mary Helen Miller of Shelbyville, Martha Jane Huddleston of Bowling Green and Dimple Duerr of Louisville; an aunt, Ruth Hardin of Bowling Green; several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; and caregivers, Tim Turner, Michael Turner and Jonathan Lacy.
